Production Director, weekly show all 4 years.  Led weekly station meetings, oversaw budget activity and payroll, HR for 6 departments, reported to faculty advisor.  Oversaw 6 staff and 40-70 students.  Integrated new digital editing software and studios into newly remodeled station.

June 1996 - April 1999 - Leisure Sports Photography. Colorado Whitewater Photography/ Monarch Image Makers. Salida, CO. Lab Manager/ Photographer. Opened new lab in new area: photographer, lab, sales, HR, training, client development, customer satisfaction, machine maintenance, deliver totals, payroll, orders to headquarters 1x / week.
